tickets that you sell to someone outside the parish, the more people that hear about our festival!

Ticket Returns: Ticket returns may be returned in the collection basket from now until the festival. The ticket committee will be available to accept returns on the weekends of August 4 & 5, 11 & 12, and 25 & 26. Every ticket that you can sell to someone outside of the parish
not only advertises our event to more people; it also helps you achieve your sales quota to have an opportunity to win the $1,000 prize for all 100% Club members. Let’s all do everything that we can to reach our $100,000 goal!

Bakers Wanted, We’ll Even Pick Up Your Goodies!: The fun and popular Cake Walk will be back this year, and we need your tasty baked goods to make it a success. If you can bake, but you’re unable to drive your baked goods to the festival, don’t worry. We can pick them up from you! If you need your baked goods to be picked up,
please call Michelle Howe, who’s in charge of the Cake Walk,at (313) 378-1787. Thank you!

Calling All “Green Thumbs”: Get Your Plants Ready for the Flower Wheel! One of last year’s new games, the Flower Wheel, was a great success! We want it to be even more successful this year. Mary Prouty, who’s in charge of the Flower Wheel, is asking that all gardeners get their plants and clippings ready for this year’s

Festival Volunteer Opportunities: The sign-up sheets
have been posted in the Church Hall. Please volunteer for
these areas: Face Painting, Festival Clean Up, Festival
Set Up, Kitchen Dinners, Maintenance, Pepsi Wagons,
Raffle Ticket Sales, Ride Ticket Sales, Snack Bar, Tap
Area, Tent Games & Vegas Rooms. Many fun games
will be in and around the game tent. Attention Booth
